You agree not to:

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain courses or features on the Platform may require payment. All applicable fees are displayed prior to purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select.
6.2 Billing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorise us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where access to Content has already been substantially used.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
